The non-reflective finishes, devoid of any gloss or shine, are the most popular choices for contemporary bathrooms. Typically, this effect is achieved using matte paints, which cannot offer the same product longevity as a classic finish.

To keep our product’s quality and achieve a durable matte finish, we recommend avoiding the use of paints and instead applying the matte finish directly to the raw material, without any “masks” or “makeup”!

There is news from our injection area! Our customers asked, and we have made our thermoplast toilet seats start glowing in the dark.

The photoluminescent toilet seats are made from hard polypropylene added with luminescent pigment, which charge quickly when exposed to either natural daylight or artificial bathroom light.

These toilet seats are recommended for different application markets, such as construction, festivals, nightclubs, healthcare (dementia sufferers and people with low vision).

With this, JBMC reinforces its positioning as a brand committed to meeting the needs of our customers, combining efficiency and safety.

We are back at CEVISAMA! After two years missing you, the new edition of Cevisama 2023 will take place from February 27th to March 3rd.

Considered as a leading trade event dedicated to the ceramic, bathroom equipment and natural stone sectors, it will join the world’s main manufacturers, distributors, architects, designers and industry professionals. With more than 120.000m² of exhibition space and a parallel events programme, this is the exhibition that you cannot miss.

Our transformation for a positive impact has always been in our acts.

Since 2017, thanks to the installation of 700 m² photovoltaic panels, 25% of our electricity consumption comes from solar self-production. This year, we improved our roofs power and increased the area of photovoltaic panels to a total of 1.200 m². Now, we are able to announce that 40% of our electrical power consumption is “Made in JBMC”!

We keep committed to contributing to the reduction of our business’ ecological footprint which is why JBMC is ISO 14000 certified. We continue on the journey!

In JBMC Injection area, where we produce our Thermoplast toilet seats and most of the components that are required, we do the maximum effort to achieve 0% waste.

How? Well, in our internal recycling unit every single waste like sprues, runners, gates and non-conforming products are separated by materials and colours. Using state-of-the-art recycling technology they are efficiently reinserted into the production cycle, making this process environment-friendly.

This way we avoid the waste, always ensuring our products quality in order to place long-lasting products on the market.

Every day is a good day to learn with the most creative brains! So, today we remember the help that some creative designers from CISC – Centro Infantil e Social de Cesar gave us.

In the beginning of the year, we had the opportunity to share the experience between two different worlds. On the one hand, who has the know-how of producing toilet seats and, on the other hand, children’s imagination to create their perfect toilet seats.

As we can see in the pictures, the result is an experience full of colour and happiness!
